Returns & Refunds policy

1. Our Cancellation Policy:

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, we offer a 14-day cancellation period. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

2. Hygiene & Safety (Cosmetics):

Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we can only accept returns if the items are unopened, unused, and with all original hygiene seals intact. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been tested or opened.

3. How to Start a Return :

To return an item, please email us at info@hafstrading.co.uk with your order number. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for sending the items back to us.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Change of Mind: We require the customer to cover the shipping costs for returning items to us.

• Faulty Items: If we have sent you a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the return costs. Please send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Our Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
